Varied Workouts

Intuitive Fitness caters to all fitness levels; every work-out has modifications for each move in order to cater for those needing low impact excercises and those wishing to up the intensity level.  Intuitive Fitness focuses on many different styles of workout and every day is different; HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio training, cardio with weights, lower and upper body exercises, abs circuits, endurance training and more keeping the body guessing and eliminating any plateaus.

When you have a support network and are held accountable for your actions, you decide, commit and succeed. Without it, it’s easy to fall off the wagon so to speak. All members of Intuitive Fitness have access to 24 hour online support and are held fully accountably  in reaching their health goals, as well as encouragement from other members of the ‘IF’ family guaranteeing  results.

The Intuitive Fitness 3 week challenge is a bespoke workout programme to help you achieve the results you desire quickly. You will receive a personal fitness and nutrition consultation and take part in a daily workout programme. You will also become a member of the Intuitive Fitness community.
